The PTTR1 Load Board is the marketplace, where carriers meet brokers. Focus TMS is the workspace where brokers and shippers create and manage freight and follow loads to delivery. One account and one login open either.

Brokers, shippers and 3PLs, carriers, guest dispatchers and drivers, each with the tools their work needs. A broker needs an MC or DOT number to join, and a company that holds both broker and carrier authority can use one hybrid account for both.

Register, choose the role that matches your work and finish the short onboarding. Company details such as your MC or DOT number are verified before you can act on the platform, then you can search or post loads.

Search and filter the load board for freight that fits your trucks and lanes. You can save a search and use lane alerts to hear about new loads on the lanes you run.

Open a load to see its details and the credibility information beside it, then bid or book. Every booking records both the company and the person who made it.

Yes, through a Company Connection. You grant a dispatcher access within a limited scope and can revoke it at any time. Banking details, authority records and granting further access can never be delegated.

Yes. PTTR1 Driver is the driver’s own mobile app, and the PTTR1 App serves the office team. You can read what each one does on the PTTR1 App page.

Create a load with its pickup, delivery and freight details, then post it to the board. To add many loads at once, upload a file instead of typing each one.

A load moves through clear statuses from draft to invoiced. It can be cancelled only before pickup; after pickup a problem is handled as an exception, not a cancellation. A booked load is never silently overwritten by a re-uploaded file.

No. Shippers pay brokers and brokers pay carriers directly, outside the platform. PTTR1 records the money side of a load; it never moves it. The only payments PTTR1 processes are for its own subscriptions.

Yes. PTTR1 creates invoices and tracks their status, and the payment itself happens between you and your customer outside the platform.
